Doubt

1964. In a Catholic school the severe and traditional Principal is opposed to the more modern views of the charismatic priest and views his affinity with the students, and to the only black boy in the school in particular, with a deep-seated suspicion. Sister Aloysius' experience and instinct leave no room for doubt and she vows to evict Father Flynn from the parish. "In the pursuit of wrong-doing, one steps away from God." Yet, how does faith align with our convictions? Can it be that it is only in doubt that we come to know who we are...?
